Q: Will my service be delayed on holidays?

Our front-loading trucks run every day, all year long and only stop running for two days in a year (Christmas Day and New Years Day). If your regular service day falls on Christmas Day or New Years Day, your collection will occur the day before or the day after depending on your frequency.

Q: Can other recyclable items go into my cardboard front-load dumpster?

No, sorry. Only cardboard is allowed in a cardboard bin. If you would like clearer guidelines as to what can and cannot go in the front-load dumpster you ordered, please contact our account managers for clarification. Q: Do I need to be on site during the time?

No, not always. If we can access your materials and have a clear understanding as to what needs to be removed, we will call you once on-site with an exact quote. If you would like to have us proceed, we'll process your credit card remotely upon completion. A copy of the receipt and will either be left in the mail box or emailed to a secondary location for you.

Q: How is 310 different from other junk removal companies?

We've been in business over 25 years with thousands of jobs safely completed as promised. Our trucks and laborers are fully licensed and insured in case of accidental damage or injury. We are also licensed to haul away household, industrial and commercial materials and junk. We operate with a large truck, 18 cubic yards, roughly the equivalent of 7-8 loads in a pick-up truck. We care about the environment by diverting junk material from landfill as often as possible.
