The minimum price for our junk removal service covers 1 cubic yard of waste materials that are in an easily accessible area (outside, in garage, on the main floor).

We recycle and donate as much of the materials as possible, items that are not accepted by charities or recyclers are taken to the dump.

We can not determine the weight of the bin until it has been weighed at the dump, the weight can vary depending on the type of material being disposed of.

To place a bin on the street requires a permit for the city, you would need to contact your city or municipality to see what the guidelines are and how to proceed for a permit. Some municipalities do not allow bins on the street, in this case the bin would need to placed on your property (the yard/driveway).

Unfortunately we are not a facility you can bring items to, we are a waste removal company that provides dumpster rentals and junk removal service for the disposal of your items.

Generally our roll off driver are scheduled for services between 7am-7pm, and our junk removal crews between 8am-5pm.

We are not affiliated with waste management, however we do offer similar services such as dumpster rentals and commercial garbage services.

In most instances we can be out to your location within a 24-48 hour time frame or If you are looking to get your junk removed on a specific day and time please call our office to book an appointment.

Yes with our Roll off service there is a charge for disposal, the cost is determined by the weight of the contents in bin. With junk removal service there is no additional cost for disposal other then what is quoted onsite.

The bin has barn doors so you can walk right into the bin or you can throw the contents over the side. When loading the bin, the contents need to be level with the top of the bin.

Our call center is open from 7am-6pm Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4pm on Sat, 10am-3pm on Sunday, Our trucks are operational Monday through Saturday (No Stats or Holidays).

The time/labour included is prorated based on the size of your pickup - one full truck load includes 1 hour of labour.

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Cash and Cheque.

Our prices include 3 days however we do offer other options for our customers: Fixed rental days, pay as you go or monthly rental, etc.

Our trucks and labourers are fully licensed and insured in case of accidental damage or injury.

Our rates are based on the amount and type of junk being removed and how much volume or weight your items take up on the truck, we need to see the items you want removed so we don't over-estimate you. You are provided with a no obligation free estimate, if you are completely satisfied with the estimate, we will complete the job right then and there.

Unfortunately, we are not a moving company, our trucks are not equipped to move items from one location to another.

No, you don't have to be onsite, so long as we have full access to your items and have an exact list as to what needs to be removed. if you are completely satisfied with the estimate, we will require a credit card to proceed and will complete the job right then and there.

Our truck box holds 18 cubic yards of garbage, that is the equivalent of 7 to 8 pickup truck.

There are some materials that we cannot take, these include but are not limited to hazardous material such as chemicals, oils, solvents, batteries, propane tanks, gasoline, asbestos, or any type of toxic or biological waste.
